Lunch
Clear soup, 1 plate of cooked meat from the broth, Swiss chard * 100g, 400g, with potatoes, 50g Wholemeal bread, 1 slice of seasonal fruit, 1 piece * in preparing to use 1 teaspoon of oil!
Snack
Fruit, 1 piece
Dinner
Cooked egg or 2 egg whites * Lettuce, 1 larger bowl Wholemeal bread, 1 slice * in preparing to use 1 teaspoon of oil!
